Refund/Return Policy
At ZSFloor Tech, we take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@zsfloortech.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 7 days.
Customer has to return the product within 30 days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team at support@zsfloortech.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Our team will provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to exchange your item.
Once we receive your exchanged item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will send you the replacement item.
Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@zsfloortech.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to receive a refund.
