Product Design
Thermal Expansion System
Use rectangular energy buckles to absorb pressure between floors when temperatures rise, preventing floor damage.
Cold Shrinkage System
The equipment we added between the floor connection buckles has elasticity, which can absorb the shrinkage force of the floor due to temperature drop.
Texture Surface Treatment
We chose this texture after hundreds of tests on the surface texture of the floor. It has good anti-slip and wear resistance while ensuring smoothness.
Flexible Connection System
There are 1mm expansion joints between the floors. They will not affect the rebound and aesthetics of the ball. They are used to prevent the thermal expansion and contraction of the floor caused by temperature changes.
Supporting System
ZSFloor adds dozens of supporting columns when designing the floor, which can increase its load-bearing capacity. Additionally, good support columns increase the lifespan of indoor flooring.
Buffering System
The white cushions have strong elasticity, and we evenly added 50 cushions on the back of the floor, which improves the impact absorption capacity of the floor and protects the safety of athletes.
